The combination of dates, almond butter and bananas in this smoothie is giving banoffee pie!


5 dates

1/4 cup of almond butter

1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt

1 cup of milk

1 tablespoon of ground flax seed

1 banana, frozen (if fresh, add a handful of ice)

This Banoffee Pie Smoothie is super creamy, just sweet enough, and is packed with protein, healthy fats and fibre. Hot tip: if you have any leftover in the blender, pour it into a popsicle mold for a cool treat.


- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth.
