Tucked away on the Souris Line Road, just outside Souris, PEI, you’ll find Auldale Farms—a fourth-generation dairy farm and the easternmost dairy farm on the Island. Run by Mike and Georgie MacAulay and their sons Cory and Nathan, this family operation is rooted in tradition and driven by pride.
The MacAulays are currently milking 50 cows using a flat parlour system and raise all their own replacement heifers—a testament to their commitment to maintaining a strong, healthy herd. The cows are housed in a free stall barn, offering comfort and freedom of movement, which translates to better welfare and top-quality milk.
For Cory, being a dairy farmer is more than a job—it's a privilege. “Like all dairy producers on PEI, we strive to produce a top-quality product, and we take pride in being able to do that every single day,” he says.
With four generations of farming behind them and a view of the Island’s eastern horizon ahead, the MacAulays continue to carry forward a legacy of care, dedication, and excellence.
